Felt awesome this morning again which is nice. The workout was supposed to be 4-6xhills and 3x150. I did 6x 60s hills but got into a time crunch at the end so will do my 150’s after my double tonight. Felt strong on the hills, most of them were at 4:35-4:50 pace. Starting to get back into the swing of things. Need to build some more strength by being intentional about my long runs though.
