Notes
8x800- T, CV, 5k, T, CV, 5k, T, CV. Last workout before I pace some guys for a fast 10k. They're shooting for 29:00-29:20. So my job is to pace them at 4:40 pace for as long as possible. I'm also competing this week in the trials of miles 6k. So basically I need to just make it to 6k while pacing. It could be very interesting haha. I'll at least make it a mile, I know that much. I'm excited nonetheless. Looking forward to helping those guys run fast. Felt alright today in my workout. Nothing spectacular. 45s rest after T, 70 after CV, 90 after 5k.
Splits were: 2:29, 2:25, 2:18, 2:24, 2:18, 2:27, 2:24.
