Notes

Got my training plan from Coach today. Super pumped for it. Will be hitting 40 miles this week. Super excited to do some pick ups on the runs since my pace in the mountains is pretty chill running with the ultra runner. 7.5 miles for today. Got in some good downhill mountain running. Day 1 of core tonight. Since my lifting is limited here I will do more natural lifting. Bouldering, moving wood chips, splitting wood, push-ups and core, and then swimming and mountain biking for xtraining.
