Pre race and 6 strides. Felt pretty good. Doing a little 5k tomorrow in Greenville. Looks like its going to be thunderstorms during the race and the course is a mixture of grass, trails, and paved trails. Will be interesting to say the least. Will probs just wear flats. Excited to race nonetheless.
