Notes

15-20 min warm-up.

Ran 8x300. Legs didn't feel the best today but held my own. Racing a 5k this weekend at Simpson so didn't need to kill the workout, rather get some intensity during the tune up. Didn't have a watch bc my watch broke which sucks.

Below is a picture of me running a 1500. As you can tell, I didn't eat the week leading up to the race.
