Pre meet for the 3k tomorrow. Goal is to run 8:40. It's gonna take some serious balls, felt absolutely terrible on the pre meet but I'm not gonna let it affect me. Feeling confident. I'll have my mindset and body ready to roll. Gonna be a good time.
