workout AVG HR ???
Went for an hour today on the trainer. I got the exercise schedule for the "Triathlon CC" and I should be doing bike workouts twice a week for an hour. Although I was doing (almost) three times a week for 40 minutes and that adds up to the same amount, it was definitely different to ride for a whole hour. I pretty much had to convince myself that continuing was a good idea during the last ten minutes. Tough. But, overall it was a really good workout.
Sleep: verging on good (in bed at 12:00am, woke up at 9am)
Mood: good
Physical: no complaints
Clothes: orange Pearl-Izumi shorts, white/blue ASICS sleeveless (VERY sweaty today)
