workout AVG HR ???
An hour on the trainer, very late. Abby was off doing her SJFC "Bar Crawl", so I was home alone for the night and Friday morning. Therefore I knew getting a workout in in the morning was going to be impossible. So, before I went to bed I jumped on the bike and rode. I stepped up the resistance during this workout, because I wasn't in the mood to go fast, but wanted a bit more of a workout. It was OK. Not great. I definitely just wanted to get it over with and go to bed, so it wasn't very good quality. Overall a good workout, despite the time.

Mood: tired
Physical: no complaints
Clothes: orange Pearl-Izumi shorts, white/blue ASICS sleeveless (fine)
