workout AVG HR ???
Another hour on the trainer today, after running this morning. I was very disappointed and a little peeved tonight. I had planned on going to RIT to swim, but the pool was closed. So I had to come back home and I decided that I would get on the bike. I didn't want to be exercising so late, but I wanted to get in the workout. I also wasn't really in the mood to do much more than a long constant workout tonight. So I dialed up the speed, and tried to hold it at 85-90 cadence and about 20-21mph the whole time. It was a little more difficult than I thought to just keep on going. I wanted to quit after about 20 minutes. Forcing myself to keep the pace ended up being quite a good workout.
Sleep: (second workout of the day)
Mood: grrr. aggravated
Physical: no complaints
Clothes: orange Pearl-Izumi shorts, white/blue ASICS sleeveless (fine)
