Easy run today. Again today, I just wanted to put as little effort into this as possible. I felt a bit more tired than on monday with a bit more soreness in my legs. It wasn't bad, but there definitely was more fatigue. I did pretty good with maintaining my HR within reason, but not as easy as Monday. As usual, the last mile I pushed a little more, just because. No problem. An good run.
Sleep: good (bed at 11:00am, awake at about 5:30am)
Mood: good
Physical: no complaints, just a little tired
Clothes: red RRS shorts, red RRS shirtt, red FleetFeet hat (perfect)
