2x100 EASY no time, just swim
1x100 SPRINT/Time-Trial ==> 01:16.0
1x100 EASY Cool down
Today was the first day in the pool in about two years. Although VERY out of shape, it felt good to be back in the water. It felt like old times. I was very worried that because of the broken elbow last year I would be all out of whack with my form and stroke, but it didn't seem to affect me much. I just tried to get in a good amount of yardage today, to start out. I probably need to concentrate on my form as much as possible, because although it seemed to be OK, I have been away from it long enough that I might not know what I'm talking about. Either way it was a really good workout.
Sleep: OK (bed at 2:00am, wake at 6:15am <== got to get up and out earlier!!)
Mood: tired
Physical: a bit tired overall, but no issues
