Good run today. Felt like I did something strenuous yesterday, a little tired in the legs this morning. Just an easy run, tried to keep to the "HR limit" a little more than a "HR AVG". So, instead of shooting for the 145 avg at the end, I tried to stay at the 145 'limit' the whole time. I need to start doing this for all my runs. Anyway, good run today...
