A good long recovery run after yesterday's brick. I just wanted my HR to be low today. I tried my best and pretty much got there. I was feeling very tired and sore. My HR was a bit higher than I wanted it to be, but I was able to keep it from getting too far out of hand. I think most of it was the hills, since they still affect my HR, big-time. I was able to drop my HR back down under 150 in the fifth mile, which made me happy. I kept my pace at or under 9 minutes also. This is excellent for an "easy" run. I like it. Good run.
