Second day in the water today. Having a bit of a problem with waking up this week. I missed yesterday (Wed.) altogether, so I was going to do a run AND a swim today, but couldn't drag my tired ass out of bed. I also had a bit of soreness in my IT band yesterday and used that as an excuse to not run yesterday OR today. BOOO. Tomorrow should be another run/swim day. Hopefully an early night to bed and a decent night's sleep will work tonight. Hopefully. I just tried to get in a good amount of yardage today. I had no intention of going fast AT ALL. Either way it was a really good workout.
Sleep: no good (bed at 11:30pm, wake at 6:30am <== got to get up and out earlier!!)
Mood: tired
Physical: a bit tired, and somewhat sore IT band
