Just a short easy run today. Meant to be a recovery run from hockey last night and preparation for the 1/2 marathon tomorrow. I just took it easy and concentrated on form. I did try to negative split the run though, but not aggressive, just a little taste of fast running to feel out where I was for tomorrow. A good run.
Sleep: good (bed at 1:30am, awake at about 8:30am)
Mood: good
Physical: no complaints
Clothes: black Umbro shorts, yellow ATITB short-sleeve shirt, blue FleetFeet hat
