Long run today. I got 5 miles done, but not without thinking of stopping, curling up by the side of the road in the fetal position and sleeping 2/3 of the way through. Ok, I exaggerate, but, yeah, it was LONG. The first mile was pretty difficult to find a nice easy stride and pace, because my legs were noodles from yesterday. Then it just got easier in the second and third, but somewhere around 3.5 I wanted to quit. I didn't, and the last mile actually felt a LOT better. Glad I have worked myself up to five mile runs, but damn, this isn't easy. Good run.
Sleep: good (bed at 2am, finally out of bed at about 10:30)
Mood: weary, but good
Physical: tired and a bit sore in the legs
Clothes: dark blue Nike shorts, green RRS shortsleeve shirt, red hat (HOT and SWEATY)
