EXCELLENT run today. It appears my lungs and heart are ahead of my legs in conditioning. The first mile wasn't too bad, just tried not to go out too hard, only hit 160 right before the first milepost. The second mile my legs didn't want to keep up the pace, but my HR was nice and in control. The third and fourth mile took a significant effort to keep up the cadence and make sure the pace was on track, but HR was well in control.
