Ran at the park. Felt alright, until last segment, when my left achillles started hurting. Cut the run short, and will ice tonight. I had stepped in a pot-hole type depression, and kind of came down with my heel in the hole and my toe in front of the hole, which strained me a little bit. Hopefully it heals up alright.
