Notes
This run was no fun at all. It didn't seem that hot, but it was humid, and I couldn't get comfortable at all. Had a hard time guaging my speed, and in general ran faster and shorter than what I was trying to do.
This just caps what has been a really pathetic, miserable week of running. I'm really down, and feel like I'm on the verge of quitting for the year.
