Notes

Cold and Windy! Perfect way to get back into running.

Hip is feeling alot better now, so I'm easing back into things generally speaking. Have jogged 1-2 miles a few times recently. Did this run because I had completed all the others in the series.

I ran the first couple miles with Marty and Kevin, as they discussed their recent marathon and half-marathon results. As they warmed up and picked up the pace, I fell off and finished out on my own. Was mostly run-walking the last two miles, which is to be expected at this point.

Felt pretty good other than just being winded, so I'm taking this as a pretty positive step toward recovering.
