10 x 200m, with 200m jog between. Was 90 degrees and humid, which made this even more difficult. Ran these the way I wanted to though, slowly accelerating each time, getting a little bit faster each time up until the last interval. Pretty pleased with this workout.
Total of Intervals: 2000m in 6:34 = 5:18 pace.
