Man, it is so hard to run after racing and taking a day off. I felt like someone has poured some concrete into my legs or something. It seemed like I was running a long long distance.
Felt as though I were moving more slowly than my time indicates. Thought I was really dragging until I finished. Likewise, I thought the second loop (I ran the orange trail twice) was alot slower than the first loop, but I was actually pretty steady, according to time.
First half: 18:10 (8:40 pace)
Second half: 18:22 (8:45 pace)
Anyway, I hope I recover from my recovery run better than from the race.
