Started off feeling really well. Ran for like 15 minutes @ 4.6 before hitting my HR limit. From that point on, however, could only run about 5 min at a time before getting back up to my limit.

HR came down very quickly at each break, however, much more quickly than usual, esp. at the end of the workout. General within 15-20 seconds of walking, my rate would go from above my upper limit to below my lower limit.

Hopefully I will start to see some greater improvement as I continue to up my mileage. Would like to hit 16 this week, 18 next, and 20 + for the remainder of the year. Will see how that pans out. Heh.
