Notes
This run was pretty hard for me. Just had a hard time keeping it going. Not sure whether it was due to having run the day before, or from other issues. I had not eaten well, and probably hadn't kept hydrated throughout the day, so that is another potential culprit.
Also, it was meant to be my long day, but I went out a little too fast, resulting in an easy day. So, that was somewhat disappointing.
My achilles and/or sole on either foot bothered me off and on throughout this run, and I will need to start addressing this soon, as I really don't want them to get any worse. New shoes and/or additional stretching, even on off days, is probably needed.
All around, I was disappointed with this effort, but hope things improve soon.
