Notes
First morning run. Felt creaky going out, but settled down by end of warmup, for the most part.
Running at tempo pace is getting easier. First rest break (0:30) was almost unnecessary.
Was tired at end of run, and had a little cramping in upper thigh/groin area which slowed me down during my last quarter mile of the run. Seemed to go away during cooldown/stretching, so hopefully was a one time thing.
Was very humid, which makes life hard for me. Hope it cools down soon.
