800 repeats, with around 3 minutes of recovery/rest in between. Part of the PR5k Program.

Was pretty happy with these runs, as I was very consistent in my pacing. The group tended to spread out, but I ran according to my perceived level of effort, and my timing was very accurate. Goal pace was 3:35 - 3:45 per 800, and I hit the bottom range of that almost exactly on each effort. Last repeat felt tremendously harder than the first however. I would say the first 4 I felt pretty strong, and the last two really punished me.

Speed work of the program is taking its toll. Have some shin splints that were really hurting tonight. Trying to back off on my non-monday and non-thursday runs to let them heal a bit. Fingers crossed.
