Notes

Ran at a 4.3 pace first 15 minutes, then to 4.2. Stayed at 4.2 remainder of distance, but had to slow pace periodically to allow HR to recover, thus resulting in the 4.15 average.

Run felt fine, I just feel like the treadmill destroys my form, and bothers my feet. I'm sure I'll get used to it.

Readjusted my heart rate limits to 130-150 from 125-145. Really didn't notice a difference for the first 3/4 of the run. My HR really sits around 138-141 the majority of the time, and only climbs higher late in the workout. The adjusted limits helped me keep pace towards the very end, however, and the run was not noticably more difficult than usual.
