Notes

Ran very short sprints (1/3 lap) in between slow LHR jog segments, to 'wake up' legs with NMT. Went well for the most part, but my knees could feel the change.

Did 21 laps, with 10 sprints mixed in. Followed up with a longer LHR run. May have lost count of laps, because I feel like the indicated pace is slower than what I ran. Heh.
