This was moderately comfortable throughout. I felt like I was working, but I certainly wasn't straining at all. Mostly started overheating toward the end of the run. Running indoors is not a lot of fun.
Calves are still a mess, as far as being tight and constantly cramping up. Getting heavier over the winter certainly doesn't help. Have no real endurance, as I was gassed by the time I got to either walk break.
