Actually took me 7 minutes to break my lower HR limit tonight, which is very good for me at this time. So I was running @ 4.6 for 7 minutes at < 130 BPM. Overall workout went well, with this being the first time in a while that all my running was done at better than 4.0 mph pace. Typically my last couple segments are slower, but tonight that wasn't the case.

Walk breaks were pretty short, save for about half-way through I took an extra 30 seconds or so to stretch out.
