Time is an estimate based on how I felt, and could vary either direction by 15 seconds or so, and probably varied throughout the course of the run. Pretty certain I started faster and ended slower. I can't believe I forgot my watch, but so it was.
Ran at what I felt was a constant effort. Physically, this was a good run, as I felt tired, but not strained afterward. Mentally, this run was challenging for me, as I haven't run this far in a long time. Towards the end of mile 4, it was hard to concentrate on the run and keep going. Stubbornness prevailed though, and I took no breaks throughout.
