Phil and the Wich bro's. Phil only did the w/u over to the Oakland track. Gary ran some laps w/ me and Steve. I did Steve's workout. Ladder, 400,800,1200, 1600, 1200, 800, 400. w/ half the time in recovery. Target 6:40 pace, very doable. Still very warm and humid. Dead garmin, time to buy another.
