Warm 55 degrees. Steve, Gary, Phil and Ray. Chased after Steve on his 3 x 1,000 meters. Nearest I can guess, 6:50, 6:30, 6:30. Maybe. New watch doesn't allow for anything other than mile splits. Sure couldn't keep up with Steve on his fast 800 meters, I was done after 100 meters.
