Another rainy morning, no wind, comfortable, warm 57-60 degrees. Everyone showed up. Steve and Phil had workouts. I did 2 x 2 miles at old MP. Felt really comfortable. Struggled maintaining the pace in the final mile. Probably should be doing a steady state around that pace? Love the van for the ability to change out of my wet clothes into dry ones for the ride home.
