37 degrees, spitting sleet, great morning for a turkey trot. quarter mile warmup to the start. started with Steve and Rebekka. They wanted a 7:00 pace or slower for the first mile and keep around that pace for Steve and quicker for her. Had fun went a little quicker, not much. Hard to stay under control, but by mile 2.5 or so I was done. Ran off course and slogged to the finish. Ran 3 miles of cool down with Phil without having to stop but a few seconds for him to put on some tights.
