Me and Phil. Workout fail for me. Tried to do 8 miles of MP coming home. Got 4 miles worth of trying to get to pace with the hills, then 1 mile of 7:15 on the down, then only a 7:20 for the next mile. Slogged it home w/ a 7:30 something and then maybe a 8:00 mile. Energy was there just couldn't get the legs to turn over.
