w/u w/ Gary and Phil. Gary doing ladders, Phil 4 x 2 miles MP w/ 2 minutes rest. My crappy Garmin won't allow that type of workout, so 7 miles of MP. Wanted 7:15, close enough. Probably should have went ahead and did one more mile, but didn't want to get greedy. (gotten hurt in the past that way). Onward.
