w/u Wich bro's, Phil, Robert and Ray. Everyone had different workouts. Tad cooler, should have taken 2 succeeds instead of only 1. I did Steve's workout 3 x 2 miles at 7:20 with 800m recovery. 1st set 7:15,7:10 2nd set 7:16 both miles, 3rd set ham end/glute siezed a quarter mile into the 2nd mile. 7:16 for the one. Slog home, after stopping for a moment to massage the muscle. *&&^%$%#$@@$%^&^. Thought the damn thing was starting to feel better, week 2 hopefully this is not a setback.
