Missed the start w/ the guys, but did find Steve for the last 3/4 of his 1st 3 miles of MP-10 seconds. Mile rest then 3 more miles at a 7:03 average. 'Course my shitty watch doesn't show that. Came pretty easy once we got rolling. Should be able to run a half at that pace, doubtful for a marathon.
