Notes

1 mile w/u then started the MP -10 second workout w/ the Wich bros. They were doing 4 x 1.5 miles with 2:00 minute recovery. I did the first 2 sets and then 1 more mile. Glute/Hammy took it in stride. Felt pretty good actually. But, try not to get greedy.
