Notes

w/u Wich bro's, Phil, Ray and Robert. Ray and Phil went to the track, Ray and Steve did mile repeats on the road. Steve and I did his workout. 2 x 3 miles w/ 1 mile rest at 10 seconds quicker than MP. Target 7:20.

Splits 7:15,7:11,7:10 then 7:14,7:17,7:15. Hammy/glute actually non-issue until the last quarter mile or so. Steve pushed, I maintained. Felt pretty good. One succeed before and upper 50's. Actually felt cooler.
