Start at 0630, out and back from the house. Ran into the Wich bro's and ran with them about 6 miles. Got warm quickly. Turned around a half mile to soon, ending up a mile short of the planned 18. Last 2 miles were tough anyway, direct sun, roadway and hot. Ready for the cooler weather.
