Notes

Running late, met the guys coming out of the w/u loop. Steve had easy, Phil had a workout, I had 18-20 25 second one, minute recovery. But, I'm kinda 4 weeks ahead of that workout. Did 8 x 30 second on/offs hopefully around 5k pace, thought I thought they were a little slow. See tomorrow when I download the splits. Then Phil went by so I jumped in and did a half mile w/ him. 6:20 pace, and then one more just for shit's and giggles. Probably shouldn't have done the last one. Damn left glute is super tight. Time to rethink the speed portion of the McMillan plan or jump in and do more of Phil's stuff. The Hanson stuff mixed w/ the McMillan. Hell, I need to go back and see what didn't work last year.
