Patrick's office. solo effort, workout fail. talked myself out of doing Brandons 5 x 1 mile at T. Decided on a 35 minute steady state. Bailed at 2 miles. Ran a mile recovery and then another mile at the same effort. A 47 VDOT means the mile T pace should have been 7:10, so with the heat the 7:30 ish isn't really that bad for this point in the cycle.
