Me and the Wich bro's. All doing MP work. 5 miles for me, 8 for Steve and 6 for Gary. They started at 1.8 miles, I started at 2 miles and passed them before I finished the first mile. Wanted 7:10, ended up w/ 6:57,6:57,6:59,7:05,7:02.
