Notes

Phil w/u w/ me and Steve. We did his workout 3 x 2 miles at MP -10 seconds, with half mile recovery. Averaged 7:08. Officially off of Phil's plan, to much for me. Not really wanting to switch to Steve's, except maybe the workouts during the week. Still need the long runs on the weekend. Hybrid McMillan Plan?
