Phil and Steve. Supposed to be easy to moderate day, but Steve had 9 miles of MP at 7:20. I went 1 mile to see if I could dial into a 7:15, 7:11. Then fell back to Steve, his pace was to slow, 7:26. So, did my own thing. Would have liked 9 miles worth of 7:15. Got 7 miles of work, 7:11,7:26,7:16,7:12,7:12,7:08,7:12. Win for the day, but really wish I'd been able to pull off 9 miles worth. Maybe 7:15 is to quick for MP?
