Wich bro's. Steve's workout. 5 x 1,000 meters at 6:40 w/ 400 meter recovery. 77 degrees and 85 humidity, plus some hills. wtf. bleah. hit the targets, last one 6:30 or so. didn't really feel it until the 2nd or 3rd repeat. didn't think I had enough gas for the last one and let the guys go for the first quarter and then reeled them in and surged past. (mind games with myself I suppose) still feeling good, onward.
