solo. still warm and muggy. Couldn't decide on 4 or 5 miles or 30 minutes, ala McMillan. Wanted around a 7:10, wannabe marathon pace. Went by feel and didn't look at watch. Done at 4 miles probably could have gone another, but why push it in the heat. Couldn't wait til the weekend to see my splits. Pleasantly surprised. 7:09, 7:07, 7:01, 6:50.
Call it a progression run. onward.
