Notes
With Phil and Ray. Supposed to be 4 x 1 mile w/ 1:00 rest at half mary or 6:45. Slow 7:07, next 6:47, but to much discomfort for any more. Slogged around the track until Phil was done. Remembered why my toe hurt, (dropped a cinder block on it). Farm kicked my ass this weekend. Probably take the rest of the week to recover.
